Business owners who used to break for a midday networking lunch in Lutz or Carrollwood now have a single, earlier option on the SR-54 corridor.
The Lead Exchange, a networking group run through the Greater Pasco Chamber of Commerce, has consolidated its separate Lutz and Carrollwood chapters into one combined meeting at 4 & Co Coworking Spaces, 16703 Early Riser Ave., Land O' Lakes. The first session under the new format was scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 4, and the group will continue meeting the first and third Tuesday of each month from 8 to 9:30 a.m.
The shift from a lunchtime slot to an early-morning window was driven by member feedback, according to the chamber's event listing. The chamber said a midday meeting was difficult for many attendees to accommodate, prompting the move to 8 a.m.
The new venue sits about half a mile north of the former Lutz meeting spot, just off Bexley Village Drive near the intersection of SR-54 and the Veterans Expressway (SR-589). The building is across the street from an Amazon shipping facility.
About the venue
4 & Co Coworking Spaces is a 38,000-square-foot facility offering open desks, private offices and meeting rooms, including the second-floor boardroom where TLE will gather. The space is a Greater Pasco Chamber member and also hosts the chamber's Veterans Roundtable.
Free on-site parking, Wi-Fi, and coffee are available to visitors.
