F45 Training Land O' Lakes hosts its annual Train for Treats event Friday, Oct. 30, from 5 to 7 p.m. at 18963 State Road 54 in Lutz.

The free, family-friendly Halloween celebration puts a fitness-studio spin on trick-or-treating. Visitors in costume move from vendor to vendor, completing a playful Halloween-themed movement at each stop to earn their treats. Think skeleton squats or pumpkin jacks. No fitness level is required, and both children and adults can participate, according to the event's Eventbrite page.

What to expect

The event includes a bounce house, games, raffles and prizes. Local vendors will be set up on site, and food trucks will be serving. Costumes are encouraged but not required. Admission and treats are free.
