The Hub at Bexley's Friday Moonlight Market kicks off the weekend with live music, food trucks and vendors selling jewelry, soaps, pastries and unique decorations from 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Aug. 28, at 16954 Focus Loop in Land O' Lakes. The market, held every second and fourth Friday, is kid- and pet-friendly, according to the Tampa Bay Beacons community calendar.
Also Friday, BayCare hosts a Healthy Workshop Series session exploring how habits affect overall health from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Starkey Ranch Theatre Library Cultural Center, 12118 Lake Blanche Drive in Odessa.
Tuesday, Sept. 1: Photography club and bingo night
Two events share the Tuesday, Sept. 1, calendar.
The Land O' Lakes Photography Club meets via Zoom at 7 p.m. The group gathers the first Tuesday of each month; new attendees can request a link by emailing organizer Lillian Cucuzza at [email protected].

Looking ahead: Health screenings, support and a car show
BayCare will offer free lipid screenings at the Land O' Lakes Branch Library, 2818 Collier Parkway, from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5. The screenings cover blood pressure, cholesterol, body mass index (BMI) and glucose. Walk-ins are welcome.
An Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group led by a trained Alzheimer's Association facilitator meets from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at the same Land O' Lakes Branch Library location.
The Cars at the Corner car show rolls into Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, 1948 Collier Parkway in Lutz, from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4. The open show welcomes muscle cars, specialty vehicles and trucks, with music, entertainment and discounted meals for participating drivers. It runs the first Friday of every month.
