Former Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Devin White is asking $3.55 million for his nearly 8-acre equestrian estate in Odessa's gated Citrus Green community, placing it among the priciest active residential listings in the area.

The property at 11410 Trotting Down Drive, known as Copper Leaf Farm, has been on the market since April 2026, according to MLS records. White bought the home in May 2021 for $2.6 million, according to Hillsborough County property records, and invested roughly $500,000 in renovations. One addition: a custom shoe closet for his designer sneaker collection, converted from an office.

Inside the main house

The main house offers 4,892 square feet, four bedrooms and 5½ bathrooms. It was built in 2009. Inside, a home theater with a wet bar and 10 reclining seats occupies a converted guest suite. The kitchen features marble countertops and gold light fixtures, and the living room centers on a large stone fireplace beneath a wood-panel ceiling.

A barn built for serious horse owners

The equestrian amenities set the property apart. A nine-stall barn with chandeliers and brass finials sits alongside a covered riding arena, a 60-foot round pen and outdoor grazing pastures. Above the barn, a groom's quarters apartment includes a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. A seven-car detached garage can hold horse trailers, RVs and tractors.

"It's a horse lover's dream," listing agent Colony Reeves of Dalton Wade Inc. told the Tampa Bay Times on Aug. 10.

The grounds also include a custom basketball court, saltwater pool and putting green. Visitors enter through security gates into a brick paver motor court, where a metal horse sculpture greets them at the front door.

From Super Bowl horseback ride to Detroit Lions

White, who grew up riding horses in Springhill, Louisiana, famously rode his horse Dream around Raymond James Stadium after the Buccaneers won Super Bowl LV in February 2021. He played five seasons with Tampa Bay (2019-2023) and now plays for the Detroit Lions.

How the price compares to Odessa's broader market

At $3.55 million, the listing towers over Odessa's broader market. The median sold price in July 2026 was $675,000, with homes selling at 97% of list price and averaging 61 days on market, according to Redfin data compiled by the Austin Marks Group. Only a handful of active Odessa listings exceed $3 million.
